Belgium: Winners in La Baule

Gold for Team Belgium in the prestigious 5* Nations Cup in La Baule (France). An emotional win for Niels to be on the same show grounds 10 years later, sharing the 1st place podium with such amazing teammates: Gregory, Jerome and Wilm.

Cristel (by Diamant de Semilly) #stalOptimus was feeling in top condition and was clear on the first round . In the second round, they had four penalties. 

In total, the Belgium team only picked up eight penalty points, which was more than enough for the win!

It was also a great weekend for Matador (Emerald van't Ruytershof) who landed a nice tenth place on the CSIO5* 1.45m class earlier on Thursday.

Now the team is looking forward to the next 5* show: GCT St. Tropez.
