Quiet start under the Spanish sun!

Wind, rain and even some snowfall last weekend, it is clearly winter in our own beautiful Belgium. In normal circumstances we would be in the middle of the World Cup season at this time of the year, but because of the current situation things are slightly different this year. As a result, the start of the new summer season is explicitly looked forward to and in preparation for that summer season, the Spanish sun is more attractive then ever these days. It is thus no surprise that Niels decided to travel for a few weeks to the Mediterranean Equestrian Tour of Oliva.

In the meantime Niels has already had his first week on Spanish soil and everything went smooth. The past few days he started with 6 horses and gave them all the chance to get back into the competition rhythm. They all immediately recorded one or more clear rounds and with a placing here and there, such as a 7th place for Highlife 25 in the Silver Grand Prix and a 10th place for Nabeau Van Het Migroveld Z in one of the Longines Ranking classes.
