Strong Performances and a Championship Title for Stal Bruynseels at CSI2 Azelhof Lier*

The Stal Bruynseels team wrapped up a stellar weekend at the CSI2* show in Azelhof Lier, with top placings, faultless rounds, and a Belgian Championship title.

Niels and Oaky Flandria (by Cabrio van de Heffinck) delivered consistent performances, going double clear and securing 6th place in both Friday and Sunday’s 1m45 ranking classes.

In the 1m40 classes, both Chacco’s Lando and Quattro de Kalvarie put in strong efforts. Quattro de Kalvarie, a promising 9-year-old gelding by Kassander van ‘T Roosakker, had a standout show—jumping clear in all his rounds and capping the weekend with a 4th place finish in the CSI2* Final on Saturday.

The highlight of the weekend came from Vintage, the exceptional 7-year-old stallion by Vagabond de la Pomme. He was flawless throughout all rounds of the Belgian Championship for 7-year-olds, ultimately being crowned the best 7-year-old of the competition out of nearly 200 entries—a major milestone for the breeding program at NB Stallions.

With solid results across the board and a championship title at home, the weekend in Lier once again underscored the strength and depth of the Stal Bruynseels team—both in sport and in breeding.
